    We Are Seeking

     

    A dynamic and motivated individual to join our Accounting Team in Madison, South Dakota. We are hiring a part-time Accounting Assistant who will enjoy a culture of teamwork as well as challenging work assignments. 

    Responsibilities

    • Input contractual data from company CRM to accounting software.
    • Manage contracted service agreements.
    • Assist in performing financial activities.
    • Review expense reports for compliance with travel policy and process expense reimbursements monthly.
    • Open and distribute mail and take outgoing mail to Post Office daily.
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies.
    • Responsible for scanning and filing documents digitally and in paper form.

    Qualifications

    • Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills, and must be able to multitask.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
    • Good working knowledge of accrual accounting and basic office principals.
    • Ability and willingness to learn new concepts.
